Try our ‘Trapeze Fit’ class and use the fun of circus for an amazing workout.
All abilities welcome but you must be 16 or over, our class combines an intense cardio warm up followed by conditioning on professional aerial equipment. You’ll be hanging from trapezes, climbing ropes and stretching on silks.
This class is great if you are either a beginner and looking for an introduction to aerial circus or you have previous aerial experience and would like to maintain or regain your aerial fitness.
This exhilarating class blends the excitement of circus with the benefits of the gym, all set to great music.
